Hello Robin,

Nancy and I arrived home yesterday and we are anxious to give you some feedback on our holiday in South Africa.  It was absolutely wonderful in every respect.  We enjoyed it immensely!  The accommodations were excellent and the service outstanding.  We had one minor glitch on the last day but it was resolved very neatly by Holly at the Tanda Tula lodge.  The transfer company called to say that the driver would arrive at 9:45 rather than 9:15.  We were anxious that the delay could result in our missing our flight from KMIA (which of course would have had serious implications for our whole trip to Ottawa).  She resolved it by having Dale, the manager, drive us to the main gate to meet our driver there.  We were immediately relieved, enjoyed our breakfast, and we made it to the airport in good time.  For us, it was indicative of the true service focus that we encountered at each stop on our journey.

May I add that we especially enjoyed our visit with you at Belgrado House.  We appreciated your hospitality -  indeed, we felt very much like we were visiting an old friend.

In summary, we had very high expectations (in fact, we described it as "our trip of a lifetime") and it exceeded our expectations.  So, thank you again for organizing it so well.  We will be telling our family and friends about it (and boring them with Bob's pictures).
