A additional once off charge of R300.00 will be charged for the cleaning of the property on day of departure.
Please note that a R1000.00 refundable deposit will be charged upon check-in. Refunds will be paid back into your account 48 hours of check out providing that the house was left in its original condition
Booking Conditions:
- Belgrado’s Guest House requires a 50 % deposit to secure any reservation. Should the deposit not be paid within 7 working days, after the confirmation was received the booking will be released.
- Minimum bookings of two nights are required for this home.

Cancellation Policy:
A 50 % non refundable deposit is required for school holidays and easter weekend. Full payment must be received for these reservations and should the client cancel the booking within 30 days of their arrival they will be liable for the full accommodation bill.
All other reservation are subject to the following:
- Up to 4 weeks prior to arrival – 100 % of deposit will be refunded
- 29 – 14 days prior to arrival – 50 % of deposit will be refunded
- 13 - 7 days prior to arrival – 25 % of deposit will be refunded should the guest house be able to re-sell the reserved rooms
- 6 days and less prior to arrival – NO refund will be made and the client will be liable for the full accommodation bill
- Refunds are to the sole discretion of the owner and individual circumstances will be taken into consideration
- Cancellations must be made in writing and we must accept receipt of cancellation by return e-mail. No Telephonic cancellations.
